美国宪法第九条.S. Education Amendments of 1972 (“Title IX”) is a federal civil rights law that prohibits 歧视 on the basis of 性 in education programs and activities. All Holy Family University faculty, 工作人员, and administrators are responsible for reporting actions that violate the provision of Title IX. 性骚扰, which includes acts of 性ual violence, is a form of 性ual 歧视 prohibited by Title IX. 根据第九条, 歧视 on the basis of 性 can also include 性ual harassment which is defined as conduct on the basis of 性 that satisfies one or more of the following:
